When helping Dad to fix things, danger money is required. I have learnt to helmet up and protect myself from stray nails ans the like!
I fear this Christmas tree may not stay upright as the decorator seems to be concentrating all decos on the one area!! The question then begs where to put it so it remains in one piece for the next month?!

New member of the family moves in!
Yet another busy weekend for the yack crew, Graham had a one day match yesterday, made 70 odd runs and made the realisation in such steamy weather that he isn't very fit at the mo! Der!!! Today we have been at our Neighbours 40th, hence the spiffy photos. Note the matching Martin boys, Mmm, very cute, Lachy's outfit care of G Ma and G Dad
Lachy and I came home Friday to discover a new family member making himself at home under the back step....can you see enough to guess what he is. He is very slowly increasing the size of his little burrow/nesty thing, and did not seem to mind a bit of water from the sprinkler, we don't know how long he will stay, but he doesn't eat much and pretty well keeps to himself. As long as poor old Jake doesn't run into him in the dark we're ok!
Saturday morning, 7:30, Lachy was still in bed, Dad was down the paddock roaging for patto, and so I decided to take a shower......finish my shower, find a trail of clothes towards the toilet and here a little boy yelling Mum, I want some cereal!!! He'd already been tot he gate to check what Dad was up to. Must remember to put the radio on in our bathroom in future so he knows where I am.

Jessica is 3 months old
Happy 3 months to me, I get busier every day, chat away to my Big brother, giggle and play away as you can see. The smiles come thick and fast now to anyone who cares to chat to me. Off to Yack nurse for weight and measure today, but Mum is sure i will break the scales! Am wearing a different outfit every day to be sure i get to wear all of my presents.
A quick makeover at beaui while we were visiting. The mandarine tree was loaded so we took a bucket load back to Yack. Lachy was keen to pay for his stay as well, and took great pride in sweaping down all of the paths. His motive was clear 15 minutes later when he asked Dad to get him the little bike, and he had a cleasr run around the table up the path and back! The garden is in pretty good shape, it would really benefit from some.....mulch for summer!!!! But I thought better of it and just gave the citris a light prune to keep them in shape and so that you could still get through the arch! (Such self control by the Daughter In law)
Lachy's busy fortnight
American or not i certainly enjoyed trick or treating up and down our street with the big kids. So much so, that it took mum and dad until 11pm to get me to go to sleep. Luckily I got to sleep in the next day and catch up a little, especially after just returning from a busy weekend in echuca.
We also had a quick trip to the farm so that I could have another play with the five little puppies that are soon to disapear to new homes. I am not sure that they liked some of the spots I put them, but I had fun!
Here again I can be seen using my artistic flair on a part of Uncle Cary's shed that was being pulled down. I think I may need to sell it to pay for Dad and Uncle Strech's losses at the Melbourne Cup! I just hope it dries in time.
